Auction offering fee - £700 plus VAT (this is paid upfront)


Buyer’s premium - Please be aware all purchasers are subject to a £650 + VAT (For properties on at or below £99,999) or £1,000 plus VAT (For properties on at or above £100,000) buyer's premium which is ALWAYS payable upon exchange of contracts whether the sale is concluded before, during or after the auction date.
