Over the years I’ve worked with landlords, tenants and investors from all different backgrounds, and one thing I’ve always believed is that people work with people. I think the days of purely transactional business are gone. For me, it’s always been about honest conversations, building genuine relationships , being proactive and giving people confidence that you’re there when they need you. Locally, I’d like to think I’ve built a reputation for being approachable, responsive and someone who genuinely cares about doing the right thing for clients rather than just ticking boxes. Throughout my career I’ve dealt with everything from portfolio management and compliance through to valuations, business development and helping landlords navigate an ever-changing market. Joining The House Group felt like a natural move for me. The business has a modern approach, good people behind it and a real focus on relationships and service, which felt like a perfect match. I’m really looking forward to helping grow the lettings side of the business with House, and restoring confidence in the industry.
